This is again from my notes.

Friday August 13th, 1993 - Symptoms started approximately Thursday August 5th.  Weakness and numbness in right leg.
6th/7th spread to right side of lower to middle back.  8th-10th About the same, though it gets worse when I'm tired.  I'm sleeping 11-12 hrs a day.  13th Numbness in right shoulder, lower part of right chest.  Still tired but no visually difficulties.  23rd - My leg is getting better, but my back is still numb.
