November 2003 November 12th, 2003 - I've been on the 22 mcg for a week now. I've noticed a bit of flu-like symptoms at night after I take the shot. It's made it a little harder to sleep on nights when I get the injection but not as bad as the first go-round with Rebif. Will be retesting my blood in another 2 weeks to see how I'm tolerating the increased dosage. This time I've noticed that more than half of my injection sites turn mildly red in the pattern of the drug's dissipation. I don't know that that means anything in particular.
