Return Policy

Beadopotamus offers a 15-day-money back return policy. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the order once you've received it, we will refund the purchase cost, excluding shipping.  Items must be returned undamaged and in the same condition when sold to receive refund.

Contact us via email or phone first before sending anything back to us to get a Return Authorization Number.  Any items returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded.  All returns should include a copy of the invoice.  Customer is responsible for insuring the return package.  COD return packages will not be accepted.  We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen during shipment.

No returns on custom made jewelry or special order products.

Sales Tax

Beadopotamus is required to charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in the state of North Carolina. 

Privacy Policy

Beadopotamus does NOT share or sell customer information including email or postal mail addresses with anyone.  All credit card processing done through PayPal is confidential and secure.
